Immediate hire for Full Time Retail Sales Associate - Weekly Pay

RNG Consulting is seeking friendly and outgoing team members with a positive attitude and a passion to work in a people-oriented environment.

Our goal is to create long lasting relationships with our client’s marketing base and bring them their most loyal customers The position does involve engaging with customers face to face and handling sales duties within our retail stores.

Full Time Retail Sales Associate duties:

• Be the face and smile of our brands

• Connect with our valued and diverse customers within our retail locations

• Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative sales techniques to anticipate customer needs and find solutions to meet their needs

• Implement suggestive selling methods to acquire new sales

• Maintain high customer retention and sales quality
