Inside Sales Associate (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Aurora, OH (On-site)
Pay: $23/hour (contract) + commission potential upon conversion

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships within assigned territory
• Generate sales through outbound calls, emails, and inbound leads
• Convert quotes into orders and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Track sales activity and performance metrics
• Partner with internal teams to support customer needs
• Stay informed on customer trends and market activity
• Provide excellent customer service with every interaction

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice to Have: CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
