Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured setting and possesses a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including data entry, record management, and supporting day-to-day office functions. Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of payments and transactions. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information. Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required by management. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary resources are available. Qualifications Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Strong proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear correspondence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
