As the Outbound Sales Representative , you will drive top-of-funnel outbound strategy across multiple growth vectors. Reporting directly to Sales Leadership and collaborating closely with Account Executives, you are a flexible hunter responsible for outbound prospecting across net-new account acquisition, portfolio expansion, upsell opportunities, and project-specific outreach. While net-new logo generation remains a core focus and top incentivized priority, you will remain fluid to support strategic growth initiatives such as event outreach and AI-driven prospecting. You will leverage modern sales methodologies alongside cutting-edge, AI-assisted workflows to research multifamily buyer personas, build scalable multi-channel cadences, and consistently book high-converting meetings with key industry stakeholders. What you'll do... Hunt & Prospect Multi-Vector Pipelines: Own outbound pipeline generation nationwide, executing daily high-volume cold and warm outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and social channels—prioritizing net-new logo acquisition while also driving targeted campaigns for portfolio expansion, upsells, and new project opportunities. Qualify & Book Meetings: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings across new logos, upsells, and portfolio expansions; partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and high meeting show rates. Leverage AI for Research & Signal Tracking: Utilize AI agents and enrichment tools to instantly surface multifamily buying signals, organizational hierarchies, technographic stacks, and relevant market trigger events prior to outreach. Build & Scale AI Prospecting Workflows: Design and maintain AI-assisted prospecting systems—including prompt templates, personalized outreach sequences, and automated research workflows—to prospect at a high volume without losing personal relevancy. Master Multifamily Persona Targeting: Build and prioritize targeted account lists using firmographic and intent data, tailoring messaging to distinct buyer personas and cohorts within the multifamily real estate industry. Maintain CRM & Sales Stack Integrity: Track all outreach activity, account intelligence, and pipeline stages accurately in HubSpot and modern sales tools.. Share Best Practices: Document successful AI-generated messaging, list-building prompts, and high-converting cadence strategies to share and scale across the wider revenue team. Requirements What you offer us... Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or a related field. Experience in multifamily property management or leasing with a strong desire to transition into sales. Alternatively 1–3+ years of hands‑on outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR or new‑business hunting), ideally in B2B SaaS or PropTech. Deep understanding or strong curiosity regarding buyer personas, property management cohorts, and operational trends within the multifamily real estate ecosystem. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding outbound activity standards and pipeline creation targets. Practical experience or strong aptitude using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI research tools, Clay, or automated enrichment bots) to accelerate research and draft personalized outreach. Technical proficiency with a modern sales stack, including CRM systems (HubSpot), sales engagement platforms (Salesloft/Outreach), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write concise, engaging messaging that cuts through noise and secures replies.
