Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses based on standardized criteria, and develop tailored treatment plans that promote individual strengths and address areas of need.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or person-centered therapy, to meet the unique needs of each client while fostering a nurturing therapeutic alliance.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, helping to stabilize their condition and develop a crisis management plan.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical and legal standards to safeguard client privacy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care and a unified approach to the clients’ treatment process.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey and advocate for their needs and rights.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and peer consultations to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Your role will focus on a diverse range of individuals including adults, adolescents, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
