Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, identifying both strengths and challenges.

• Provide personalized therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, employing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ backgrounds and levels of need.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy to support clients in their recovery journeys.

• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans with measurable goals, ensuring continuous evaluation and adjustments in collaboration with clients.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care, enhancing treatment outcomes for clients undergoing detoxification.

• Engage in crisis intervention, including conducting risk assessments and formulating safety plans to manage acute emotional distress.

Qualifications\n
