Shipping Coordinator

Wynalda Packaging, formed in 1970, is an industry-leading folding carton manufacturer serving global leaders across a wide range of industries. We are looking to add an organized shipping coordinator to our 2nd shift. Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities: Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints. Prepare shipping quotes for customers. Negotiate shipping fees with couriers. Accurately prepare shipping documentation following customer-specific shipping requirements. Keep a meticulous record of shipment information. Work with members of the shipping team to see that all requests are handled promptly, and goods are shipped on time and/or stored properly. Assist with general Shipping Clerk job functions Shipping Coordinator Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Experience using a forklift is strongly preferred Computer literacy skills Flexible work hours.(Ability to stay late if needed for a truck) Excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask.
