SERVPRO of Burnsville/Lakeville & SERVPRO of Rosemount/Northfield/Hastings is
growing and we’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Project Manager to join
our team! If you have a background in construction, experience with estimating, and a
passion for helping people rebuild, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing reconstruction projects from
start to finish, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction. Your key
responsibilities will include:
 Evaluating and selling reconstruction projects
 Educating customers on the reconstruction process
 Defining and documenting the project scope
 Maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers, clients, and
subcontractors
 Reviewing and finalizing project estimates
 Securing necessary permits and approvals
 Developing project schedules, timelines, and budgets
 Identifying and managing subcontractors and resource providers
 Negotiating terms and setting clear expectations with customers and clients

What We’re Looking For:
 At least 2 years of experience in construction management
 Estimating experience using Xactimate (Required)
 Exceptional customer service and communication skills
 The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
 A valid driver’s license
 A high school diploma/GED (required)
 The ability to pass a background check (subject to applicable law)

Compensation:
Salary + Commission: $70,000-$100,000 (DOE)

Experience Required:
