Responsibilities Who We're Looking For Insurance experience is helpful, but it isn't our first priority. We're much more interested in how you're wired. If selected, you will be required to obtain the appropriate Minnesota insurance license. We will provide direction and support through that process. Our sales team measures production, activity, close rate, follow-up performance, and the behaviors that lead to results. We don't do this to micromanage people. We do it because numbers tell us what's working, where coaching can help, and who is performing at a high level. You'll receive regular coaching, clear expectations, and direct feedback.
