Director, Organizational Development & Learning

The Director, Organizational Development & Learning leads strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership and manager capability, workforce readiness, and WWF's Values. In partnership with senior leaders, this role advances organization design, change and talent management. The Director also oversees enterprise learning and leadership programs, uses data to measure impact, and builds the capabilities required to deliver WWF's strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating the Organizational Development & Learning strategy in alignment with WWF and People & Culture priorities; leading the people and organizational dimensions of enterprise change initiatives; designing and delivering leadership, manager, and employee development programs; leading talent and organizational effectiveness practices; overseeing the annual learning curriculum; leading WWF's artificial intelligence learning initiative; managing coaching and assessment programs; facilitating learning sessions and executive or team interventions as needed; managing the organizational development and learning budget; chairing WWF's Learning Committee and representing People & Culture in related forums; managing staff, consultants, vendors, and complex projects to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget; and performing other duties as assigned.

Required skills and experience include a bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, psychology, education, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; at least 10 years of progressive experience in organizational development, learning and development, talent management, or a related discipline; demonstrated success designing and leading enterprise organization development, change management, leadership development, and talent initiatives; experience with learning technologies, learning management systems, and data-informed program evaluation; strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects and budgets; and advanced knowledge of adult learning, organizational behavior, and change management principles.

Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in organizational development, industrial-organizational psychology, learning, business administration, or a related field; relevant professional certification, such as SHRM-SCP, coaching, Hogan, MBTI, EQ-I 360, or a comparable credentials; and experience in the nonprofit sector.
