YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Overview The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. The Chief Executive Assistant plays a critical role to the business and senior Leadership. This position will serve as the initial point of contact among executives and senior leadership, interfacing, daily, with a diverse collection of internal and external stakeholders. Scope of Responsibility Provide timely administrative assistance to senior Leadership Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executives are involved with. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate paper and electronic records Make travel and lodging arrangements for senior staff Organize and facilitate meetings, including taking minutes Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner Confidante and Advisor to Chief Executive Officer Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department Manage calendars, including appointments and prioritizing meetings Prepare expense and other reports as scheduled or needed Education/Experience 7+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant Skills and Qualifications Discretion, confidentiality, and good judgement to handle C-Level matters Communication Time Management Leadership Problem-solving Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Multitasking Superior verbal and written communication skills U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Part-time Job function Administrative Industries Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
