Accounting Manager – CPA Required (Actively Testing Candidates Considered)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

About the Role: Our client, one of the fastest-growing organizations in the region, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month‑end close.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract review, payment processing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial initiatives.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation required (Candidates Actively Testing will be considered)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
