Liaise with related parties for the system maintenance and upgrade. Perform administrative and clerical support for the daily operation of the department. Coordinate and organize meetings, programmes and activities. Assist in the implementation of Environmental, Occupational Safety &Health regulations/practices. Handle enquiries, perform reception duties, liaise and communicate with staff and clients. Carry out general clerical duties that includes filing, data entry, statistics and record keeping. Retrieve documents, compile statistics and data research and provide secretariat support, compile reports for management review. To help with the use of various hospital systems for supplies ordering and keeping, repair & maintenance and duty input as assigned by supervisors. Assist in the supervision of subordinates of the department if necessary Assist in database management of KCC Smart Sterilization System, electronic packing handbook Assist in stores management and asset management. Provide basic departmental technical support for IT devices and software. Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirements: University Graduates with experience; OR F.5 / S.5 with (a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; OR (b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below: (i) Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; AND (ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects. AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience Preferred Attributes / Exposure: Knowledge of hospital operation. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure. High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and word processing (both Chinese & English).
