Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities : Handle public enquiries, feedbacks, and complaints. Liaise with both internal and external parties to ensure effective and efficient case management. Assist in drafting and revising correspondences and replies. Assist the overall operations of Patient Services Department, including handling patient valuables and coordinating Medical Assessment Board. Assist in preparing management reports with data compilation and analysis. Provide administrative and clerical support for daily operations of the department. Other duties as assigned by supervisors. Entry Requirements : University Graduates with experience; OR F.5 / S.5 with

• a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; OR
• b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
• i) Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; AND
• ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in other Language subjects.

AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience. Preferred Attributes / Exposure : Hands-on experience in client communication complaint handling is an advantage. Responsible and able to work both independently and within a team with good interpersonal skills. Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in PC applications, such as MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. Remarks : Please refer to for “Notes to Applicants”.
