Junior to Mid-level Recruiter

Role Description

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-level Recruiting Apprentice through the SkillBridge program. This role is designed for transitioning service members interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and human resources. This is a 6-month Skillbridge apprenticeship designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development during the transition from military to civilian careers. This opportunity will support the Director of Recruiting and Talent Strategy and provide exposure to full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced, global organization.

• Gain experience sourcing candidates through available online resources
• Conduct initial phone screens and engage with prospective candidates
• Coordinate and manage a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones
• Support the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer stages
• Manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), ensuring accurate data entry, compliance with recruiting processes, and accountability across all stages
• Provide basic analysis and insights to support recruiting efforts and process improvements

• SkillBridge-eligible transitioning service member
• Background in administrative, personnel, HR, or other people-focused roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across time zones
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
