Luxury Event Servers & Bartenders – Private VIP Event | Pebble Beach
TG Solutions is hiring experienced luxury event professionals for an exclusive private event in Pebble Beach during Monterey Car Week.
We are seeking polished, professional Bartenders and Servers who are comfortable working with VIP guests and in a high-end, luxury environment. This is a premium event where appearance, discretion, hospitality, and attention to detail are essential.
PAY:
- Bartenders: $45/hour
- Servers: $40/hour
- No tip jars / gratuity – hourly rate reflects the premium nature of the assignment
DATES & SHIFTS:
Thursday, August 13
- 1 Bartender | 11:00 AM–4:00 PM
Friday, August 14
- 1 Bartender | 11:00 AM–11:00 PM
Saturday, August 15
- 1 Server | 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 2 Servers | 5:30 PM–11:00 PM
- 1 Bartender | 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 2 Bartenders | 5:00 PM–11:00 PM
Ideal Candidates:
- 2+ years of professional bartending or upscale event/banquet experience
- Luxury hotel, fine dining, private event, or VIP hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Bartenders must be confident with professional beverage service and responsible alcohol service
- California RBS certification required for bartenders
- Servers should be experienced with passed hors d'oeuvres, tray service, plated or upscale event service
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- Warm, polished, discreet, and highly attentive to guests
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Must be comfortable working around high-profile/VIP clientele and luxury automotive environments
- Must be available for the assigned shift and able to commit immediately
This is NOT a casual party environment. We are looking for hospitality professionals who understand luxury service standards and can represent TG Solutions with confidence and professionalism.
