Customer Service Representative
$15.5 per hourAbacus Solution Group
Abacus is looking to hire a REMOTE Customer Service Representative in the Cockeysville MD area. Roughly 4-6 weeks of paid in person training - then fully REMOTE! Equipment provided.
Job Duties:
- Answer calls and respond to emails.
- Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Manage and resolved customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product/service information.
- Enter new customer information into the system.
- Route calls to the appropriate resource.
- Respond to incoming calls from students and parents regarding financial aid options application procedures eligibility criteria deadlines and other related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Must have basic math skills (word problems percentages multiplying fractions)
Schedule/Pay Rate:
- Monday - Friday 8 hour shift between 8a-8p.
- Paid Weekly.
- $15.50/hr. (During training)
- $16.00/hr. (After completion of training)
