This is a long term, temp-to-hire opportunity. 

Patient Care and Optical Specialist Duties:

• Coordinate patient flow including check-in, scheduling, and insurance verification 
• Assist patients with eyewear selection and educate on lens options 
• Perform or support pretesting and basic clinical tasks 
• Manage documentation, orders, and follow-ups in the system 
• Support the team to maintain efficient operations and patient experience 

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:15pm 
• Primarily based in Kirkland with some days working at the Bellevue office
• Expect approximately 36 hours per week 

Pay:

• $23-24 per hour DOE 

Patient Care and Optical Specialist Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service or patient-facing experience 
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain processes clearly 
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow structured workflows 
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment 
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
