Title Dental Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator Job Description Responsibilities Include: • Greeting patients and making them feel at home • Managing the schedule to ensure smooth daily operations • Handling insurance verifications, claims, and billing support • Answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating follow-up care • Supporting the clinical team as needed to maintain flow and communication You’re a Great Fit If You: • Have at least 2 years of Dental front office experience required • Strong communication and sales skills—you can help patients understand the value of care • Have a High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability • Are a team player mindset with a positive, can-do attitude • Are personable and have Excellent organization skills • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively • A warm, engaging personality—you make patients feel comfortable and confident • Enjoy being part of a small, growing team and want to contribute to something meaningful Salary Range full-time $28 - $38 per hour Benefits Dental insurance Employee discount Free parking Health insurance Paid time off Shift & Schedule Work hours are TBD.
