Associate Patient Care Coordinator - Administration

Description An Associate Patient Care Coordinator provides various receptionist and skilled clerical duties to support the department. The position is responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation, and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. The role will perform prior authorizations when necessary and will perform all duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects the mission and values of the organization. Required Qualifications Completion of PMC’s Competency Review for BOS/PSR/PAR Staff with a passing score within 90 days of hire. Customer service experience.
