The Schedule Coordinator plays a critical role in managing employee shifts and client appointments, ensuring smooth operations within a large, cross-departmental team. This position requires frequent interaction with external clients and vendors, maintaining clear communication and efficient scheduling workflows using tools such as Google Calendar, Service Titan, and Successware21.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for employee shifts and client appointments
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple departments
- Facilitate communication with internal teams and external clients/vendors
- Support customer inquiries related to scheduling
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain accurate records
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in scheduling roles
- Proficiency with Google Suites and scheduling software (Service Titan, Successware21)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Customer service experience
