Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

· Prepare and analyze financial statements, reconcile accounts, and monitor daily cash flow.

· Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, collections, and vendor payments.

· Forecast financial needs and ensure proper fund allocations.

Inventory and Cost Control

· Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records and reconcile floor plan accounts.

· Manage dealership expenses to support cost control.

Compliance and Auditing

· Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations.

· Support audits and annual reviews by maintaining accurate financial records.

Team Leadership

· Hire, train, and supervise office personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Reporting and Relationship Management

· Generate financial reports and provide insights to dealership management.

· Maintain accurate records for manufacturer accounts, including warranty claims, rebates, interest, and co-op advertising.

· Serve as a liaison for customer and vendor relations, approving new charge accounts and managing supplier relationships.

Operational Efficiency

· Analyze and enhance office procedures to improve productivity.

Requirements

Experience

· 2–4 years of experience in automotive dealership accounting and office management.

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in accounting software, dealership management systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills

· Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
