PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn and independently run a dental office under the OM Development Program. The role emphasizes structured training, on-the-job practice, and coaching to achieve office leadership within 4–6 months. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage expenses, and oversee both Front and Back Office teams, while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
