WhatYou’llbe Doing: Providing an excellent guest experience Ensuring that great food is prepared & served Keeping our restaurants functional,cleanand beautiful Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes Managing inventory and money control systems Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach Recruiting staff Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales Identifyingand contacting prospective Guests to promote sales Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning ofa new marketingwindow Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security Being a team player *You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities* Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift positions vary by location WhatYou’llNeed: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
