Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Exciting opportunities are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2026–2027 school year. Make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ communication needs across a range of Houston-area schools. This is a full-time, onsite, contract position beginning in late July and running through late May.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Texas SLP or SLPA license in good standing (license screenshot required).
- SLPAs must have an active license prior to start; supervision hours for licensure are not provided.
- School-based SLP/SLPA experience is essential.
- Candidates must be able to work onsite; remote options are not available.
- Only open to those who have completed their Clinical Fellowship (no SLP-CFs).
- Must be available for a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students at one or more designated campuses, supporting individual IEP goals.
- Provide both direct therapy and consultation/collaboration with teachers, staff, and families.
- Accurately document all services and maintain compliance with school district and state requirements.
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and data collection.
- Engage in campus and district professional development as needed.
