Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting contract opportunities are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2026–2027 school year in the Cypress, TX area. Multiple openings across elementary, middle, and high school locations offer a chance to make a lasting difference in students’ lives by providing essential speech and language services in a collaborative, school-based environment. This is a full-time, on-site role for passionate professionals who thrive supporting student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP or SLPA license (license screenshot required with application)
• School-based experience as an SLP or SLPA
• SLPA candidates must have an active license at the time of application; supervision hours are not offered for new graduates
• Availability for a full-time (37.5 hours/week) assignment; part-time or SLP-CF applicants not considered
• Ability to provide reliable transportation to assigned school sites
• Willingness to purchase a laptop (reimbursed as part of the package)
• Commitment to completing required fingerprinting within the initial three days of contract signing

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to students in a school setting
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to positive school culture
