What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient and outpatient urology care, including consultations, procedures, and follow-up
• Support patients with conditions like kidney stones, hematuria, stents, and difficult catheter placements
• Participate in inpatient rounding, assessment, and discharge planning
• Respond to call-ins and provide on-site support during scheduled shifts
• Document patient notes accurately and timely for audit and legal purposes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assist with urgent procedures and emergent cases as needed

What You Need

• valid medical license or appropriate certification in Michigan
• prior Urology or surgical care experience
• excellent communication and team collaboration skills

• experience with inpatient procedures and triage
• ability to work independently during call hours
