Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Guide clients in setting and achieving therapeutic goals, while regularly assessing and documenting their progress.

• Engage with your colleagues through regular staff and supervision meetings, fostering a collaborative approach to client care.

• Remain current on best practices and emerging trends in the mental health field through continuous professional development activities.

• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring high levels of confidentiality and accuracy.

• Provide teletherapy options to increase accessibility for clients who may have barriers to in-person appointments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you serve will encompass a diverse demographic, including couples, families, children, and teenagers experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health conditions. Your work will particularly emphasize sensitivity to cultural dynamics, as we strive to improve mental health services for clients of color and the LGBTQIA community. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A current, valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
