Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to thoroughly understand each client's mental health issues, needs, and goals, ensuring an individualized approach to therapy.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, applying a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to empower clients in their journey toward personal growth and emotional balance.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic objectives, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes, ensuring a responsive and adaptive therapeutic process.

• Engage in regular peer supervision and team meetings to discuss case strategies and share insights, fostering a robust professional learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse client demographics, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, along with full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
