Sr. IT Project Manager, ERP & Process Improvement (5589)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager, ERP & Process Improvement to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL . This is a hybrid, direct hire position. SALARY $104,000 - $130,000 (depending on experience) REQUIREMENTS PMP certification 5+ years of progressive project management experience in IT environments 3+ end-to-end ERP implementations Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, LIMS, HRIS, QMS, MES, CRM, and data platforms Proven success in business process improvements with measurable results Experience executing change management strategies and adoption plans Strong communication and executive presentation skills RESPONSIBILITIES Lead full lifecycle projects supporting lab operations, research, clinical workflows, QA/RA, and enterprise functions Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance frameworks Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA guidance, HIPAA, cybersecurity standards, and organizational policies Manage vendors, contracts, and cross-functional project resources Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies based on data-driven decisions Analyze current processes and design measurable improvements in biomedical and IT areas Facilitate process mapping, problem solving, and workflow optimization sessions Develop and implement change management strategies for IT transformations and system deployments Conduct stakeholder analysis, create communication and training plans, and track adoption metrics Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project delivery on time and within scope and budget Maintain system security, scalability, and enterprise architecture best practices We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr NextPath Career Partners
