What You’ll Do:

• Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Maintain an efficient and accurate daily schedule
• Collect and verify patient information and manage digital intake forms
• Verify insurance information and patient eligibility
• Communicate clearly with clinical and administrative team members
• Handle office tasks such as scanning, filing, and correspondence
• Help maintain a calm, friendly, and professional front office environment

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in office scheduling or administrative support; dental experience preferred
• Strong computer and phone skills; comfortable with digital tools and learning new systems
• Familiarity with insurance processes and patient confidentiality best practices (HIPAA) preferred
• Willingness to support a variety of office needs as part of a collaborative team

Work Location and Hours: In Person – Omaha, NE

Daytime Hours: Monday – Thursday from 7AM-4PM
