Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to make a positive impact with a student-focused caseload in an elementary setting! We are seeking an onsite SLP to provide temporary coverage from September 2, 2026, through February 15, 2027, working with approximately 40 students. The assignment offers a supportive environment, collaborative staff, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to student development.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid SLP license in Washington State or eligibility/interested in securing one.
• WA ESA certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Fingerprinted through OSPI or willingness to complete the process.
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) required.
• Experience in school-based SLP services is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of approximately 40 elementary students.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Support the school’s behavior program, offering expertise and intervention as needed.
• Adhere to required documentation standards and participate in IEP meetings.
• Manage progress monitoring and maintain clear, timely records.

This role is fully onsite and requires a 32.5-hour work week, allowing for engaging, hands-on support for students and staff alike. While the caseload does not currently include medically complex or AAC users, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the behavior program at the school.
