A full-time contract opportunity is available for dedicated professionals passionate about supporting K-12 students’ communication growth. This position offers a dynamic caseload across grades, giving you the chance to make a real difference in students’ academic and personal successes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Valid or pending Washington State SLP license
- SLPs with CCC and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are both welcome
- School-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability and a commitment to student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Deliver therapy services both individually and in groups according to IEPs
- Keep thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Educate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment for students of diverse backgrounds

Compensation for this position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
