Bilingual Receptionist

Express Employment Professionals in Round Rock is seeking an energetic, professional, and fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our front office team. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate thrives while multitasking, confidently handling in-person applicants and a busy phone line simultaneously, and understands the importance of strong customer service in a staffing environment. This position is often the first point of contact for applicants and clients, making professionalism, urgency, and accuracy essential. Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour depending on experience Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in applicants and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and manage incoming phone calls, assessing caller needs and providing accurate information or direction in a high-volume environment, ensuring calls are answered within three rings Toggle seamlessly between in-person front-desk traffic and a high-volume, multi-line phone system Assist candidates with completing online job applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness Conduct initial applicant intake and screening Schedule interviews and update recruiter calendars Maintain organized filing systems and perform general clerical duties Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed Deliver excellent customer service to applicants, associates, and client companies Requirements: Bilingual required – must be able to read, and speak Spanish fluently Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Typing speed of at least 45 WPM Strong multitasking and time-management skills Professional, friendly demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred Perks & Benefits: Fun, team-oriented work environment Office-wide incentives and bonus opportunities Company outings and team celebrations Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the staffing and recruiting industry Growth and learning opportunities within a supportive team Express Employment Professionals of Round Rock has helped job seekers in Round Rock and Williamson County since 2003.
