Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, groups, and couples, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for exploration and healing.

• Maintain clear and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to our policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your efforts will focus on empowering clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall emotional well-being, contributing to meaningful advancements in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, demonstrating your qualifications to provide therapeutic services.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.
\n
• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing productive relationships with a variety of clientele.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies for documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience\n
