Bookkeeper/Accountant

The Accounting & Bookkeeper will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping functions. This role will also provide limited support for employee benefits administration and select HR-related tasks. Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions Generate, track, and manage customer invoices Perform bank and account reconciliations Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections efforts Support month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking Maintain organized accounting records and documentation Provide administrative support related to employee benefits and HR functions Communicate professionally with internal departments, vendors, and customers #J-18808-Ljbffr
