Accountant (Bookkeeper)

Position Overview The Accountant and Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping activities. This individual will also provide limited support related to HR administration and employee benefits. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Generate and manage customer invoices Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections activities Support month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking Maintain organized accounting documentation and records Provide limited support with employee benefits administration and HR-related tasks Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and customers #J-18808-Ljbffr NRI, Inc.
