Asistente Administrativo

Buscamos asistente administrativo para empresa puertorriqueña dedicada a la instalación, limpieza y servicio de cisternas. Estará a cargo de: manejar las llamadas, recibir visitantes y brindar apoyo administrativo. Responsabilidades Responder teléfonos y proporcionar información a las personas que llaman, tomar mensajes o transferir llamadas a personas apropiadas. Dar acceso a los visitantes a las instalaciones. Crear, mantener e introducir información en la base de datos del Programa ACT!. Enviar órdenes de comprar y dar seguimiento a los suplidores. Utilizar equipos para varias aplicaciones, como la administración de bases de datos o el procesamiento de texto. Operar equipos de oficina, como computadoras, fotocopiadoras o sistemas telefónicos y organizar reparaciones cuando el equipo no funcione correctamente. Configurar y administrar sistemas de archivo en papel o electrónicos, registrando información, actualizando documentos o manteniendo documentos, como registros de asistencia, correspondencia u otro material. Mantener la programación y los calendarios de eventos. Completar formularios y/o certificaciones de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la empresa. Aprender a operar nuevas tecnologías de oficina a medida que se desarrollan e implementan. Asistir a la presidente en lo que sea requerido. Mantener limpia y organizada el área de recepción. Tramitar la hoja de cierre (settlement) de la máquina de tarjetas de crédito/débito. Coordinar servicios de reparación de la planta física. Para realizar este trabajo de forma extraordinaria la persona debe poder realizar o poseer lo siguiente: Requisitos Orientado al detalle con excelentes habilidades de organización. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Excelentes destrezas interpersonales y de servicio al cliente interno y externo. Dominio de sistema Microsoft Office y sus programas. Capaz de trabajar en equipo. Capaz de llevar a cabo una serie de instrucciones sin supervisión constante. Bachillerato en Sistemas de Oficina o un campo relacionado. Totalmente bilingüe (dominio verbal y escrito de los idiomas inglés y español). Conocimiento y experiencia en MS Office (Word, Excel y PowerPoint) Disponibilidad para trabajar lunes a viernes 9:00 am a 5:00 pm y sábados 9:00 am a 1:00 pm #J-18808-Ljbffr Upturn
