VP, Sales, DR & Performance

Position Summary Vice President, Multimedia Sales – New York, NY. Provides strategic, consultative direction to TelevisaUnivision clients across multiple platforms. Drives revenue growth and manages Account Executives. Key Responsibilities Maximize direct revenue utilizing national and local breaks. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to increase revenue. Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets. Represent Univision Portfolio in relationships and deals. Lead negotiations internally and externally as necessary. Manage performance of Multimedia Account Executives and sales support team. Develop competencies of direct reports. Execute sales strategy across Univision platforms to maximize revenue. Make decision on assigned brands aligned with business needs. Collaborate with account executives, marketing, pricing & planning teams to develop integrated packages and programs for RFPs and proactive client pitches. Ensure best-in-class external communications (client/agency). Employ solution-based selling by matching client needs with Univision properties and strategic initiatives. Negotiate and work with senior managers, account executives, clients and agency contacts. Ensure seamless execution with content teams, events and league partners for all buys and renewals. Maintain ongoing account management for existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction. Evaluate, plan and present new opportunities to determine business/revenue viability. Deliver sales targets as provided by the EVP of Multimedia Sales. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or extensive directly related experience. 10+ years of sales/sales management experience. 2+ years of product knowledge in multi-platform sales including Streaming (OTT), Audience/Advanced TV, Digital, and Linear. Dynamic personality with ability to work well in a team environment. Strong relationships within the ad sales business community. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Fluency in English and Spanish desired. Prior management/team leadership experience. Excellent executive-level presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills and influencing skills. Strong problem solving, analytical and collaboration skills. Eligibility Requirements Must be willing to work from office in New York, NY. Employment/education will be verified; must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Time flexibility required to interact with people in different geographical locations and work extended hours, sometimes on short notice due to project deadlines. Must be willing to attend after-hour client events. Ability to travel nationwide if necessary to attend client meetings, conferences, seminars and industry events. Salary & Benefits Base Salary: $180,000-210,000 + Bonus + Benefits. Salary range applicable across U.S. locations for the position. Benefits include PTO; tuition reimbursement; wellness and employee support programs; 401K; and life and other insurance plans, plus comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental and vision).
