Cnc Operator & Programmer - 1st Shift

Produce accurate parts utilizing state-of-the-art CNC machining centers from prints and work instructions. Should have knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, and fixtures. Including inspection of cutting tool effectiveness and wear. Measure high tolerance parts by using precision measuring instruments such as: micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, dial indicators, go no-go gages, height stands.

Knowledge of Fanuc & Haas controlled CNC lathe and mill centers. Must be able to inspect your work and verify all work performed. Required to have ability to program from 3D models and 2D CAD. Ability to use instruments like micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, dial indicators, go/no-go gages, and height stands. Gibbs CAM knowledge a plus! Tool & Die Knowledge a plus Wire EDM knowledge a plus Ability to multitask
