Texas Licensed Paralegal Specialist

Joining a collaborative team, the full-time Texas Licensed Paralegal Specialist will manage the litigation life cycle for high-impact insurance defense cases, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and preparing for arbitration and trial, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice Order and track medical records; coordinate expert review and disclosures Required qualifications Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent education with 5 years of paralegal experience 5+ years of experience as a paralegal with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment Familiarity with legal procedures, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
