Customer Onboarding Specialist

MemorialSpace is transforming how cemeteries, memorial parks, churches, municipalities, and funeral service providers manage operations through modern digital technology. We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help new customers successfully implement and adopt the MemorialSpace platform. Key Responsibilities Lead the onboarding process for new cemetery and memorial park customers. Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and operational requirements. Configure cemetery maps, burial plots, records, and platform settings. Deliver online and onsite product training sessions. Assist customers with data migration and implementation activities. Coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure successful deployments. Monitor onboarding milestones and ensure timely go-live. Develop training materials, onboarding guides, and customer documentation. Build strong relationships with cemetery operators, administrators, and management teams. Support customers during the transition from legacy systems to MemorialSpace. Requirements Experience in Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Software Implementation, or Account Management Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and project coordination abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementations Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills Willingness to travel when required Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS or enterprise software implementation Experience working with cemeteries, memorial parks, municipalities, churches, or funeral homes GIS, mapping, or records management experience is a plus CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) What You'll Help Customers Implement Cemetery Mapping & GIS Burial Plot Management Interment & Memorial Records Family Portal Vendor Management Digital Memorial Services Reporting & Analytics Multi-Cemetery Management What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing SaaS platform Exposure to customers across North America Career growth opportunities Collaborative and innovative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Fospe UK Ltd
