Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of a completely remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere while delivering high-quality telehealth services. Operating on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will have the freedom to create your own timetable without the pressure of on-call duties. Our support system includes regular team consultations, enabling you to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based care sessions through secure live video platforms, effectively assessing and treating individual adult clients’ mental health needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to formulate and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Utilize automated self-assessments and outcome metrics to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring continuous improvement in care delivery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic practices and remain informed about the latest developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of adult clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health disorders. Your expertise in addressing higher-risk populations will be vital in providing effective interventions that lead to improved mental health outcomes. You will play a crucial role in offering culturally responsive care, ensuring that all clients feel understood and supported on their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of one year of independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.

• Strong theoretical understanding and practical application of cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Tech-savvy with a strong inclination to leverage digital tools and teletherapy platforms in clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of recent experience in providing therapy to adults, particularly with those exhibiting higher levels of risk.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your contributions will be recognized with a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
