Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing therapy sessions both in-person and via telehealth platforms.

• Document all aspects of client care, including session notes and treatment reviews, per our company policies to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals, fostering a supportive environment for growth.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, families, and other healthcare personnel to coordinate services and enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
