Job Title

Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Location

Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring and postpartum patients throughout all stages of labor and delivery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status using continuous electronic fetal monitoring and other assessment tools
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, including preparation and recovery support
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and other ordered treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact licensure eligibility
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Prior clinical experience in Labor and Delivery
• Ability to work night shift hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high-risk obstetric patients
• Familiarity with floating to other units or care sites as operational needs require
