Project Coordinator

(Baton Rouge, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Sales Admin/Project Coordinator to manage customer orders from purchase order through final delivery while coordinating communication between customers, vendors, sales, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Essential Duties Process customer and supplier purchase orders. Track orders, production schedules, shipments, and deliveries. Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and CRM systems. Communicate order updates and resolve customer inquiries. Support outside sales with quotes, order processing, and project coordination. Coordinate with manufacturers, freight providers, and vendors. Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting and process improvements. Requirements and Skills Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and communication. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional customer service and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks Online and CRM experience preferred. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.
