This role offers the opportunity to represent sophisticated employers in complex labor and employment (L&E) disputes, with a particular focus on wage and hour class actions, while collaborating with a nationally recognized team.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in California, in good standing3–5 years of substantive employment litigation experienceExtensive experience defending wage & hour claims, including class action lawsuitsStrong legal research and writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality, strategic work productExperience drafting key legal documents and managing discoveryDesire for trial workAbility to work efficiently within a team-focused, high-performance environmentCommitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationshipsKey ResponsibilitiesHandle complex employment litigation matters, including the defense of wage & hour claims and wage & hourclass actionsDraft and refine pleadings, motions, class certification briefs, and related filingsParticipate in trials and contribute to trial preparation workManage and oversee discovery, including written discovery, document review, and deposition preparationCollaborate with partners and senior attorneys across the firm's CA offices to develop litigation strategiesConduct legal research and prepare memoranda on evolving class action issuesMaintain clear, client-ready communication and deliver practical guidanceWhy Join Us?This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute meaningfully to one of thenation’s most sophisticated Labor and Employment practices.
