We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing retail sales team, representing AT&T wireless products and services at established retail locations. Whether you're starting your career or bringing previous customer service or sales experience, we'd love to meet you!
As an AT&T Sales Representative, you'll help customers explore wireless plans, mobile devices, promotional offers, and new service options while delivering a friendly and professional customer experience.
This entry-level sales opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in retail sales, customer service, wireless technology, and professional development.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers face-to-face at established retail locations.
- Represent and promote AT&T wireless plans, mobile products, and services.
- Explain wireless service options, promotions, and available offers.
- Help customers select products and services that fit their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer product-related questions.
- Assist with new customer enrollments, wireless activations, and account setup.
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in product training, sales coaching, and team meetings.

- Bilingual skills are a plus.
No previous wireless sales experience required!
