Salary Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year. Benefits Student Loan Repayment Assistance Hybrid Schedule Firm Sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short/Long Term Disability Coverage 401K Pet Insurance Paid Holidays Generous PTO Career Advancement Opportunities Core Responsibilities Manage comprehensive workers' compensation defense caseload Conduct thorough legal analysis of incoming and existing claims Perform detailed case investigations and strategic medical record analysis Handle all phases of discovery, including drafting responsive pleadings and motions Conduct depositions of parties, lay witnesses, medical professionals, and expert witnesses Prepare for and argue cases before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission Maintain ongoing relationships with insurance adjusters, risk managers, and corporate clients Draft compelling briefs, motions, and legal arguments supporting client positions Qualifications Interested candidates must have 3+ years of workers' compensation defense experience and a proven track record of handling cases before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission.
