ODORZX Inc. is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and reliable Executive Assistant to directly support the Owner. This role requires someone who can operate at a high level, manage competing priorities, and mirror an executive schedule with professionalism and flexibility. Confidentiality, precision, and follow-through are non-negotiable. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Owner Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion Maintain organization across emails, documents, and internal systems Act as a gatekeeper and point of coordination between the Owner and internal/external stakeholders Travel as required and adjust work hours to align with executive availability Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or ownership Strong understanding of confidentiality standards and professional discretion Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills High proficiency in computer systems and office software (email, calendars, documents, spreadsheets, cloud platforms) Ability to work in-office and mirror an executive schedule , including flexibility outside standard business hours Willingness and ability to travel as needed Preferred Traits Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Calm under pressure and comfortable with fast-paced environments Professional communicator with strong judgment Self-directed, dependable, and solutions-focused Why ODORZX This is not a passive assistant role.
